“Coming to us from Pace University, Andrew joined the Blue Sage team in December of 2015. Since then, he has managed the front desk in its customer service aspect of answering phones, responding to emails, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, making retail suggestions, and answering any questions or concerns that clients may have in his usual pleasant and professional tone and demeanor. This is of course, in addition to managing the front desk’s equally important administrative aspect of managing the cash drawer, analyzing business performance reports, and maintaining Blue Sage’s extensive client, email, and supplier database.
Hailing from a background in Business Management, Andrew has learned a lot about entrepreneurship, accounting, and what it takes to manage a small business from behind the front desk. Helping to expand upon that knowledge has been his trip to New York for the 100-year celebration of the International Beauty Show. There he took a number of classes that helped to hone his understanding of what it takes for a high-end hair salon to run smoothly and effectively. Additionally, he has taken classes provided by Empowering You Consulting to further enhance his leadership abilities.”
